Purchasing a King XL sheet has never been so easy! At The Mattress Warehouse, we are fully committed to helping you experience the best sleep of your life, and we aim to achieve this by not only stocking the best bed brands in the country but by also stock all of the bed accessories you could possibly need. Our collection of flat sheets includes the King XL flat sheet as well as the King XL fitted sheet.
We only stock the best quality fitted sheets and flat sheets. When shopping, take note of the thread count of the product, this will help you to determine whether or not it is the right product for you.
There is only one noticeable difference between a normal King size sheet and the King XL sheet, and that, of course, is the size. The normal sheet will have dimensions of 183 cm x 188 cm while the XL sheet has dimensions of 183 cm x 200 cm.
When accessorising your bed, it’s all about what you prefer. For most people, the flat sheet, the fitted sheet and the comforter or duvet are the bed must haves. They provide plenty of extra comfort while they are also the ideal accessories to have when you want to make your bed have that striking visual impact.
Some will use the flat sheet as a fitted sheet, but while this is something you can do, there is a big difference between the two kinds of sheets: the fitted has an elastic edging while the other does not. This can make using a top sheet as a fitted sheet a little complicated as the sheet will have the tendency to move around and will have to be rearranged in the morning. The flat sheet is also going to be much larger than the average fitted counterpart.
If you’ve never had a flat sheet before, you are probably not aware of some of the benefits that you can enjoy. There are at least three great reasons why you should consider a top sheet; they provide plenty of extra comfort, they can keep your duvet cleaner and they can add some extra appeal to the bed.
It is important to note the thread count before you buy your sheet. While this won’t necessarily reflect the quality of the sheet but it does determine how much extra comfort the sheet will provide.
It all depends on what you prefer. Some people love to have a top sheet, while others don’t. Again, if you have never had a flat sheet before and you are still undecided, then consider whether or not you really want to have a flat sheet and if you are sharing your bed, ask your partner about their opinion.
