The single extra length fitted sheets that are sold at The Mattress Warehouse, have a width of 91 cm and a length of 200 cm. As a mattress increases in size, from single to double, the mattress may get wider but the length will always remain the same at 188 cm.

A single XL fitted sheet will fit a mattress that is 91 cm wide and 200 cm long. Remember to match the rest of your bedding with the extra length sheet so that everything fits perfectly.

Cotton is our preferred fabric for single XL fitted sheets because it allows for healthy air. Ideally, a fitted sheet should have a thread count of at least 200. Polycotton, a combination of cotton and polyester, is also a popular material for manufacturing linen. It is very durable and has many benefits – it won’t tear, wrinkle or shrink easily.
